Residents enjoy events organized by the Chickering Homeowners Association or participate on the neighborhood ATLA or USTA tennis teams. The HOA hosts many events such as, the children's Easter egg hunt, neighborhood pool partys, Movie Nights at the pool or clubhouse,  Halloween party and the Holiday Party. The Chickering Clubhouse may be used for neighborhood functions or rented out for individual parties.
